We are Proud of Our Work
What can we say, we love what we do. Here are some of our favorite images of us and our work. Maybe we can get some great shots like these from your yard too.
Lawn Service and Maintenance
You may have seen our trailers all over the Champaign/Urbana area
We can apply granular fertilizer at the same time we are spraying for weeds.
Core aeration in the fall fights compaction, thatch and allows water to better penetrate your lawn.
Landscape Design
This rural home needed a new entrance, stoop and steps. In addition, new patio space, fire pit, plantings and walks to tie in a new room addition were added. LED lighting and seat walls made this space feel like home.
This homes landscape was dated and did not extend past the walkways. The new design accented the walks by adding a soldier course of pavers on both sides and extending the plantings. LED landscape lights bring guests safely to the door while adding security.
This new home had the typical small concrete patio. Expanding the space with pavers, seat walls and a new stoop and steps will make this space a delight.
This client was interested in lots of color at different times of year. The back yard also had a swale that drained the area. So plantings were kept forward in the yard and grass was used to prevent erosion.
Landscape Installation
Seat Wall and Patio with lighting in the wall.
Plant Pictures- We Love Plants
When this small ornamental tree is in bloom it is just outstanding. Fairly rare in our area as it prefers more acidic soils and is better purchased as a container grown plant than larger balled and burlaped specimen.
Ornamental grass available in varities that grow from 3-4 foot tall to 6-8 foot tall.
One of the hardiest rhododendrons for our area is a reliable bloomer very early in the spring. Leaves remain on all year long but has some coloration in the fall.
Winter character is an important consideration when choosing plants for the landscape.
You have to love the shape and color of these trees when they mature a bit. Fall color is outstanding and the leaves tend to drop all at once so it makes cleanup easy. Plant only male plants.
This medium to large sized shrub blooms earlier than just about any other plant. Often blooming in late February.
